Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations made before September 21, 2012 will receive a refund minus a $45 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 21, 2012. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Please submit all changes or cancellations in writing to Taryn Crowder at tcrowder@ndia.org.
