A small block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Arlington, VA, at a special negotiated rate of $199.00/night, for those who will be attending the conference.

In order to ensure the discounted rate, you must make your reservations early and ask for the “National Defense Industrial Association - Women In Defense” room block. Rooms will not be held after Friday, September 14, 2012 and may sell out before then. Rates are also subject to change after this date. Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Refunds will not be given for cancellations after September 21, 2012. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to tcrowder@ndia.org.
